Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Online or in-person, this time as spent designing a mental health plan that is tailor specific to the client’s needs. May choose a 30 min visit or 60 min visit. Insurance covers these visits.

Supportive Psychotherapy
Online or in-person, this add-on session is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically supportive psychotherapy meetings are in addition to medication management meetings. Insurance covers these visits.

Medication Management
Online or in-person, after the initial psychiatric evaluation this follow-up visit will be spent evaluating any medications that were started. This does not include talk therapy. May choose a 15 min or 30 min follow-up visit. Insurance covers these visits.

Medical Paperwork
Work/School excuses for visit are free. If you need additional paperwork (FMLA, emotional support animal letter) a fee will be applied. Must be an established patient to get medical paperwork. Insurance does not cover paperwork.
